What it covers

The course covers responsibility for a reliable work flow. On the subject side it covers Lean-AI fundamentals, kanban and scrumban including method selection, team building and meeting economics, and retrospectives and continuous improvement. Added to that is the role work: facilitating events, removing impediments, protecting the team from disruption and interpreting flow metrics. One part covers how the work flow changes when coding agents take over production and review becomes the constraint.

Why take this course

The role is often reduced to facilitating events while the effective levers go unnoticed: the amount of work in progress, the stability of team composition and the cost of meeting culture. As review effort rises, the constraint also moves.
