What it covers

The course covers leadership in the AI age. On the subject side it covers Lean-AI fundamentals, delegation and leadership models, and OKRs as an alignment instrument. Added to that is the role work: recognising unfilled responsibilities in your own organisation, negotiating values rather than prescribing them, running an assessment of where the organisation stands, scoping a pilot and embedding change across four phases.
