What it covers

The session covers what artificial intelligence changes about knowledge work and why lean thinking gains relevance as a result. The first half covers the shift of the constraint from production to review and decision, together with the five lean principles under those conditions. The second half covers five signs by which it becomes apparent that an area outside IT is already operating software, and for each sign the established answer that exists for it. Added to that are the seven senses as an ordering framework and the three responsibilities of value, flow and architecture. The session closes with questions and discussion.
