What it covers

The course explains, without mathematics and without technical background, how a language model arrives at its answer and why false statements occur in the process. It covers the available models and operating models, what happens to data that is entered, and the legal conditions that apply. Further topics are the ways AI is used in everyday work, the requirements that arise as soon as an AI deployment goes beyond the chat window, and the fundamentals of AI governance and the role of human judgement.
