What it covers

The course covers OKRs as a goal-setting system: how objectives and key results are written, how the quarterly cycle works, and how a cascade from portfolio level to team level operates. It gives equal weight to the question of when OKRs are not the right instrument and which goal-setting systems fit instead. One section shows how an objective shapes the work of a coding agent.
