 inking gains relevance as a result. The first half covers the shift of th
 e constraint from production to review and decision\, together with the f
 ive lean principles under those conditions. The second half covers five s
 igns by which it becomes apparent that an area outside IT is already oper
 ating software\, and for each sign the established answer that exists for
  it. Added to that are the seven senses as an ordering framework and the 
 three responsibilities of value\, flow and architecture. The session clos
